Public Float and Compliance The company affirmed that its H-share public float met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 5 percent threshold as of 30 June 2026. DELTON also confirmed full compliance with all listing rules and regulatory requirements for the month’s share issuances.

No Activity in Other Equity Instruments The period saw no movements in warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuance agreements, and there were no treasury-share transactions.
