CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (A17U) said on Jan, 23 2026 that Non-Executive Independent Director Ong Lee Keang Maureen has resigned from the board and the Audit and Risk Committee due to health reasons.

The real estate investment trust manager added that Choo Oi Yee has been appointed to the Audit and Risk Committee, effective the same day, and is regarded by the board as an independent director under Singapore Exchange rules.

Following these changes, the board now comprises seven directors, while the Audit and Risk Committee consists of chairman Daniel Cuthbert Ee Hock Huat and members Chinniah Kunnasagaran and Choo Oi Yee.

Other committees were unchanged: the Investment Committee continues to be chaired by Manohar Khiatani, and the Nominating and Remuneration Committee remains led by board chairman Beh Swan Gin.
