Hong Kong, 30 April 2026 — Xinyi Solar Holdings Limited announced that Vice Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Lee Shing Put, B.B.S., will become both the Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Process Agent under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, effective 1 May 2026.

Mr. Lee Shing Put will replace Executive Director Mr. Lee Yau Ching, who will cease to serve in the two positions on the same date.
