Marco Polo Marine issues 627,000 new shares following employee option exercise

Marco Polo Marine Ltd (5LY) has increased its issued share capital to 3,759,943,080 ordinary shares after allotting 627,000 new shares at an exercise price of 0.067 Singapore dollars each under its 2024 Employee Share Option Scheme.

The newly issued shares will rank pari passu with existing shares and are scheduled to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange on Jan, 08 2026, the company said on Jan, 07 2026.
