BOSATECH (08140) announced its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of approximately HK$82.337 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of about 18.3%. Net profit reached HK$31.561 million, down 8.29% compared to the previous year, with earnings per share of 3.95 HK cents.

According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue was primarily attributed to reduced connector sales to new projects and customers.
