On September 16, as the first batch of international passengers entered Terminal 2 of Fuzhou Changle International Airport, the "Lebao" AI agent platform, developed by CGN Beike Technology Co., Ltd., was officially launched. This marks the first deployment of a large-model-driven intelligent inspection mid-platform within a customs network environment nationwide. The system enables luggage screening in just 8 seconds, allowing passengers to complete verification simply by walking through, with the entire entry process finishing in as little as 15 seconds. This "seamless clearance" experience has helped usher Fuzhou Changle International Airport into a new era of smart supervision featuring dual runways and dual terminals.

Fuzhou Changle International Airport serves as a key gateway on China's southeastern coast for the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. The newly operational Terminal 2 is designed to handle 36 million passengers and 450,000 tons of cargo annually. Unlike traditional ports that rely on fragmented, standalone smart devices, this smart port project is centered on the "Lebao" inspection mid-platform. It integrates over 150 customs inspection units, including intelligent inspection desks, integrated pre-check lanes for carry-on luggage, and self-service verification channels, creating a fully coordinated smart travel inspection ecosystem.

The platform combines cutting-edge AI technologies such as multimodal large models and intelligent agent orchestration, achieving an identification accuracy rate exceeding 98%. To address the difficulty of tracking passenger luggage during high-traffic periods, it features a proprietary "passenger-luggage association" module that automatically matches travelers with their belongings. This supports rapid identification and handling of high-risk luggage, thereby reinforcing port security. Additionally, the airport now employs a dual-screen shared inspection model between customs and security, allowing passengers to pass through a single checkpoint for both procedures. This eliminates redundant screening steps and significantly boosts transit efficiency.

"There was virtually no pause during customs clearance—walking through, and the inspection was done. It was smooth and seamless," said passenger Mr. Wang, who had just completed entry checks. According to Fuzhou Changle International Airport Customs, the smart inspection system has achieved its goals of effective risk control and enhanced transit efficiency, delivering an effortless clearance experience for travelers.

"Building on our prior technical expertise in smart ports, we customized this solution to match the on-site supervision conditions at Fuzhou's port," explained Li Le, General Manager of CGN Beike Technology. He noted that the company will continue refining intelligent security inspection and nuclear detection technologies, bolster AI and big data integration capabilities, and further upgrade smart port solutions to support national digital customs initiatives. As a platform under China General Nuclear Power Group for nuclear measurement and control, and a national-level "little giant" enterprise specializing in niche technologies, CGN Beike has long focused on applied non-power nuclear technology R&D. It holds core expertise in radiation detection and material identification, and its standardized smart port solutions have been deployed in over 40 ports and customs zones nationwide, including the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Hainan Free Trade Port, and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
