ETERNITY INV (00764) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$108 million, representing a decrease of 0.42% compared to the same period last year. The loss attributable to owners of the company was HK$45.366 million, down 64.55% year-on-year, with a loss per share of 12.28 HK cents.

According to the announcement, the reduction in loss was primarily attributable to the absence of goodwill impairment loss in the current period, whereas a goodwill impairment loss of HK$45.591 million was recognized during the six months ended June 30, 2024. Additionally, the group recorded a gain of HK$7.828 million from fair value changes in financial assets at fair value through profit or loss, compared to a loss of HK$19.418 million for the same item during the six months ended June 30, 2024.
