The National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved Ms. Liu's qualification to serve as an independent non-executive director of the bank, and she has now officially assumed the role.

According to a resolution from the 24th meeting of the bank's Tenth Board of Directors, following the approval of Ms. Liu's qualification as an independent non-executive director, Mr. Shi Lei has stepped down from his positions as an independent non-executive director of the bank, a member of the Board's Risk Management and Connected Transactions Control Committee, and a member of the Personnel and Remuneration Committee.
