Greentown China Holdings Limited (03900) has announced its unaudited operating data for January 2026. The Greentown Group reported selling a total of 1,179 self-investment units, representing approximately 180,000 square meters (sqm), with monthly sales reaching about RMB6.1 billion. The average selling price was around RMB34,345 per sqm.

In the same period, the Greentown Group recorded a sales area of approximately 220,000 sqm, registering contracted sales of around RMB6.3 billion. Of this amount, roughly RMB4.2 billion was attributable to the Greentown Group. As of January 31, 2026, subscription sales were around RMB2.8 billion, of which about RMB1.8 billion was attributable to the Group.

The project management business recorded a sales area of nearly 250,000 sqm in January 2026, with a total sales amount of approximately RMB3.4 billion. Taking all businesses into account, total sales area for the month was about 470,000 sqm, with total contracted sales reaching approximately RMB9.7 billion.
