Vital Innovations predicts zero revenue for H1 2026; net loss to narrow to RMB6.20-6.50 million

Vital Innovations Holdings Limited reported that it expects no revenue for the six months ending 30 June 2026, a sharp reversal from the RMB449.00 million generated in the same period of 2025. Despite the top-line decline, management projects the interim net loss will improve to RMB6.20-6.50 million, compared with a RMB8.41 million loss a year earlier, citing lower rental and human-resources expenses following cost-control measures.

The trading business for mobile and smart appliances delivered no sales during the period. The Group refrained from stocking branded handsets after suppliers could not offer margins deemed adequate amid soft consumer demand. Shipments of satellite professional terminals, developed with business partners under centralised procurement arrangements, are now scheduled to start in Q3 2026, providing no contribution to first-half revenue.

The LED products segment also recorded no revenue after the Group adopted a margin-focused order strategy and faced margin pressure from RMB appreciation. A sales contract signed in June 2026 is expected to be recognised in the second half. Management highlighted overseas demand—particularly in Western, Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern and Latin American markets—for smart, high-efficiency LEDs as a medium-term growth driver.

Trading in Vital Innovations shares (stock code: 06133) has been suspended since 1 April 2026 and will remain halted until further notice. The company plans to announce its unaudited interim results by end-August 2026.
