BOLTEK (08601) has announced its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. During the period, the group recorded revenue of HK$80.686 million, representing a decrease of 10.29% year-on-year.

Profit attributable to equity holders of the company amounted to HK$10.584 million, down 21.36% compared to the corresponding period last year. Basic earnings per share stood at 1.32 HK cents.

The decline in both revenue and profitability reflects the challenging market conditions faced during the reporting period, with the company navigating softer demand across its key business segments.
