September marks the start of the academic year, with universities welcoming new students across the nation. Full Truck Alliance driver Shen Yingliang handed the newly received "Cloud Journey Scholarship" to his youngest son Shen Baokai, who successfully entered Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology with excellent grades, becoming another college student in the family.

The 2025 "Cloud Journey Scholarship" charitable education assistance program, jointly launched by Full Truck Alliance and the Manbang Public Welfare Foundation, has successfully concluded. Including Shen Baokai, this year's program has assisted 49 outstanding truck drivers' children in entering university campuses.

This charitable initiative stems from the company's long-term focus on the truck driver community and is inseparable from the company's solid foundation in the digitalization of the freight industry. On September 15, the China Enterprise Confederation and China Entrepreneurs Association released the "2025 China Top 500 Enterprises" list, with Full Truck Alliance rising from 392nd to 347th place. Last month, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce released the 2025 "China Top 500 Private Enterprises" and "China Top 100 Service Private Enterprises" lists, with Full Truck Alliance successfully making both lists, ranking 158th and 34th respectively, improvements of 32 and 11 positions from last year, leading all Nanjing companies on the lists.

Yunnan durian arriving in Nanjing within 48 hours, Inner Mongolia lamb delivered the next day, cross-provincial crayfish delivered within 6 hours - these scenarios all rely on freight logistics. As a road freight platform company nurtured locally in Nanjing, from "learning to walk" in 2013 to now consecutively making the "China Top 500 Private Enterprises," "China Top 100 Service Private Enterprises," and "2025 China Top 500 Enterprises" lists, Full Truck Alliance has become a key participant and promoter of digital transformation in the road freight industry.

Currently, the company's business covers over 330 cities nationwide and 110,000 routes. The massive logistics data generated daily represents a vivid manifestation of digital logistics extending into the depths of the industrial chain, serving as a "barometer" for observing macroeconomic trends.

The road freight sector has long faced information asymmetry issues, with "trucks struggling to find cargo and cargo struggling to find trucks" leading to high vehicle empty-running rates and persistently high social logistics costs. According to company founder Zhang Hui, with the help of digital freight platforms, truck drivers' average cargo matching time has been significantly reduced from several days to just a few minutes, effectively improving the situation of scattered capacity and supply-demand mismatches.

Especially for numerous small and medium enterprises, traditional multi-level transit logistics models still dominate, requiring goods to go through multiple transfers, which not only increases warehousing and handling costs but also brings certain losses. Addressing these pain points, Full Truck Alliance leverages artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and big data technologies to establish an online platform directly connecting cargo owners and drivers, achieving efficient order matching and intelligent transportation route planning, helping enterprises compress intermediate links, control operating costs, and improve logistics efficiency.

The platform also strives to provide truck drivers with more standardized and safe cargo-finding channels, helping drivers reduce costs and increase income. Statistics show that by reducing vehicle empty running, empty loading, and capacity idleness, an average of 10,000-20,000 yuan in fuel and toll expenses can be saved annually for each driver.

Beyond charitable education assistance, the company also addresses common issues in the road freight industry such as safety production, insufficient legal support, and difficult freight settlement by integrating multi-party resources and systematically promoting safety education, legal aid, and humanitarian services to strengthen comprehensive protection for the driver community.

Targeting problems within the freight industry such as price chaos, disorderly competition, and fee arrears, the platform has introduced "cargo owner credit score" and "driver behavior score" systems, encouraging honest transactions and faithful contract fulfillment between drivers and cargo owners.

To resolve freight industry disputes, the platform has established a multi-faceted dispute resolution mechanism including customer service mediation, people's mediation, and judicial mediation, achieving a 96.5% first-time resolution rate for related disputes in 2024.

In addition to continuously caring for the driver community, Full Truck Alliance actively recruits local talent. Currently during graduate recruitment season, the company has launched the "Ning Gathering Future Stars" campus recruitment plan for Nanjing universities, offering over 150 positions across the entire internet logistics chain including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, software development, product operations, and business analysis.

Zhang Hui stated that Full Truck Alliance will continue to promote digital and intelligent transformation of road freight, reduce total social logistics costs, protect the legitimate rights and interests of truck drivers, actively fulfill social responsibilities, and contribute to high-quality socioeconomic development.
