Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SET, SEB) announced on Feb, 10 2026 that Frank Khoo Shao Hong will join its board as an independent non-executive director with effect from Mar, 01 2026.

Khoo will serve on the Audit and Risk Committee, the Nominating and Remuneration Committee and the Sustainability Committee.

The new director brings more than 30 years of international real estate experience, including previous roles as Group Chief Investment Officer at City Developments Limited and Chief Executive Officer of CDL Fund Management. He has also held senior positions at AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets, Pacific Star Fund Management and other real estate firms, and was a board member of IREIT Global.

Following the appointment, the board of Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust will comprise four independent non-executive directors, two non-independent non-executive directors and one executive director. The managers said the appointment aligns with their succession planning and governance framework.
