Nayuki Repurchases 1.50 Million Shares for HKD 1.10 Million, Treasury Stock Climbs to 50.77 Million

Nayuki Holdings Limited reported an on-market buyback of 1.50 million ordinary shares on 23 September 2026, paying HKD 0.735–0.74 per share for a total consideration of HKD 1.10 million. The volume-weighted average price was HKD 0.7352.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.09 % to 1.66 billion shares, while total issued shares remained at 1.71 billion. Treasury shares rose from 49.27 million to 50.77 million.

The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 24 June 2026 that authorises the buyback of up to 169.84 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Nayuki has repurchased 41.62 million shares, representing 2.45 % of the issued share count at the time the mandate was granted, leaving an unused capacity of 128.22 million shares.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 23 October 2026. Management confirmed that the buyback complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
