China Boton Executes HKD 0.69 Million On-Market Share Buyback, Treasury Stock Rises to 6.53 Million Shares

On 3 July 2026, China Boton Group Company Limited conducted an on-market repurchase of 266,000 ordinary shares, adding the repurchased stock to treasury holdings.

The transaction was executed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at prices ranging from HKD 2.58 to HKD 2.62 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of HKD 2.60669 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.69 million.

Following the buyback, issued shares excluding treasury shares decreased to 1,073.98 million, representing a 0.02476 % reduction from the previous day. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1,080.51 million, while treasury shares increased to 6.53 million.

The repurchase was carried out under the mandate approved at the annual general meeting on 22 May 2026, which authorizes the company to buy back up to 108.05 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 266,000 shares, equivalent to 0.02462 % of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, China Boton is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 2 August 2026.

Director Wang Ming Fan confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
