EMINENCE ENT announced that on December 24, 2025, the group entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of understanding concerning the subscription of shares in a joint venture company. According to the memorandum, the company, along with other potential subscribers, intends to subscribe for shares in the joint venture, which is expected to primarily engage in the development and/or investment of stablecoins and/or other blockchain-related businesses within the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). The anticipated number of subscribers for the joint venture is between five and ten, with the total expected funds to be raised amounting to approximately US$4.5 million.
