ISP Global Limited (ISP Global) has filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming steady share capital metrics and compliance with public-float rules.

Authorised Share Capital • Authorised capital held flat at 1.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 15.00 million.

Issued Share Capital and Treasury Shares • Issued shares stood unchanged at 1.05 billion, representing approximately 69.8% of authorised capacity. • The company held no treasury shares during the month, and there were no share issuances, cancellations, or buy-backs.

Public Float Compliance • ISP Global confirmed adherence to the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 May 2026.

Share Option Position • The share option scheme adopted on 14 December 2017 reported 44.90 million outstanding options at an exercise price of HKD 0.50 each, with no exercises or cancellations in May. • These options represent potential dilution of about 4.3% of the current issued share base; the scheme still allows issuance of up to 80.00 million shares.

Other Equity Instruments • The company reported no warrants, convertibles, or other share issuance arrangements during the month. • No funds were raised through option exercises, and no other equity movements were recorded.

Regulatory Compliance • Company Secretary Chan Kwok Wai affirmed that all statutory and listing-rule obligations related to any securities activities have been duly met.
