Beijing Airdoc Technology Co., Ltd. (Airdoc) reported the repurchase of 22,700 H shares on 23 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 9.39 to HKD 9.69, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 9.63 per share and a total consideration of HKD 0.22 million.

Following the transaction, outstanding H shares declined by 0.023% to 100.64 million, while treasury shares rose to 2.93 million. Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 103.57 million shares.

The buyback formed part of the mandate granted on 26 June 2026, which authorises Airdoc to repurchase up to 10.14 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 0.74 million shares, equivalent to 0.73% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, Airdoc is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales, lasting through 23 October 2026.
