Hebei Yichen Industrial Group Corporation Limited (“YICHEN IND”; stock code 01596.HK) has scheduled a board meeting for Thursday, 26 March 2026.

The directors will deliberate on the following key items: 1. Approval and release of the audited financial results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. 2. Consideration of a final dividend recommendation for the same period. 3. Other routine corporate matters.
