On 24 September 2026, ALLTRONICS announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.irasia.com/listco/hk/alltronics) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy communications.

The company reiterated its preference for electronic dissemination, encouraging shareholders to use the website versions for the current and future corporate communications. Those unable to view materials online, or wishing to switch to physical copies, may submit a signed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, ALLTRONICS’ Hong Kong branch share registrar, via prepaid mail or email (833-ecom@vistra.com).

Registered shareholders are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address. Until a functional address is supplied, the company will continue sending printed notices and actionable corporate communications by post.
