CF PHARMTECH: Li Li Bovet Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 18.74%

On September 28, 2026, Li Li Bovet's long position in CF PHARMTECH increased after Dr. LIANG Bill Wenqing, a party acting in concert with Li Li Bovet, purchased 25,100 H shares of the company on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 7.2916 per share, involving about HKD 183,019.

Prior to the acquisition, Li Li Bovet's long position in CF PHARMTECH was 60.67 million shares, representing 18.73%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 60.70 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 18.74%.

This involves related parties: 苏州岭头投资管理企业（有限合伙）, 苏州沃伦企业管理中心（有限合伙）, and 岭头投资有限公司.
