KRP DEVELOPMENT (02421) announced that KPMG has resigned as the company's auditor, effective October 24, 2025. The resignation was due to a failure to reach an agreement with KPMG regarding the audit fees for the consolidated financial statements of the Group for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The Board further announced that, after considering the recommendations of the Audit Committee, it has resolved to appoint FT Partners Limited as the new auditor to fill the vacancy left by KPMG's resignation, effective from October 24, 2025, and to serve until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the company.
