On October 8, Robinhood fell 3.25% in regular trading, trading at $105.595 per share, with Turnover of $204 million.
The decline follows the latest Form 4 filing showing CEO Vladimir Tenev sold 375,000 shares on October 5 under a pre-arranged 10b5-1 trading plan, at weighted average prices between $112.62 and $115.48.
The sale, part of a series of recent insider disposals totaling over $60 million since late September, comes as Bitcoin dropped below $84,000 to a near three-week low amid rising Middle East tensions and firmer Treasury yields, weighing on crypto-linked equities.
Despite near-term pressure, Barclays raised its price target to $132 from $105 this week, while KeyBanc lifted its target to $140 from $130, maintaining a constructive view.
