According to an announcement from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Orient Securities International Holdings Limited will have its listing cancelled effective 9:00 am on 17 November 2025 under GEM Rule 9.14A(1).

Trading in the company’s shares was suspended on 18 July 2024 and did not resume by the 17 July 2025 deadline set by the exchange. The company did not meet the required resumption guidance. Following a decision by the GEM Listing Committee on 15 August 2025 to cancel the listing, the GEM Listing Review Committee upheld that decision on 4 November 2025.
