Mindtell Tech (08611) has announced that Dato' Yeoh Kok Hee has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective April 1, 2026, to dedicate more time to his other professional commitments. Mr. Cen Ziwei has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from the same date. Following this change in the board's independent non-executive directors, the composition of the company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee has been adjusted effective April 1, 2026.
