Furthermore, projects that induce individuals to surrender their insurance policies or divert pension funds into these schemes are all flagged as having potential illegal fundraising risks.

Consumers, especially senior citizens, are strongly advised to remember a key principle: high returns inherently come with high risk, and any claim of "guaranteed principal with high interest" is a fraudulent tactic. Before making any investment, it is crucial to pause, verify the legitimacy of the project, and consult with family members. Never transfer money to unfamiliar accounts, and safeguard personal financial information diligently.
