PICO FAR EAST (00752) announced that Mr. Xie Songfa will step down from his role as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Mr. Xie Songfa will continue to serve as an Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee, and Chairman of the Company's Nomination Committee. Effective the same date, Ms. Xie Yuanjun, currently an Executive Director, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
