As a result, the scheme became effective on 27 February 2026 (Cayman Islands time). The withdrawal of the listing of Genes Tech Group Holdings Company Limited’s shares from GEM of the Stock Exchange will take effect at 4:00 p.m. on 3 March 2026 (Hong Kong time). Cheques for payment of the cancellation price under the scheme will be dispatched by ordinary post no later than 10 March 2026 (within seven business days of the effective date).
