Skymission Group Holdings Limited (SKYMISSION GP) has released the English and Chinese versions of its 2025/26 Annual Report, AGM Circular and Proxy Form on both the company’s website (www.skymission.group) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Dated 27 July 2026, the notification confirms that shareholders can access the online documents free of charge, while non-registered shareholders may request printed copies at no cost. To obtain hard-copy materials, investors should complete the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email to 1429-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring future corporate communications in electronic form are advised to provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Until a valid email address is supplied, the Company will continue to send hard-copy notices of publication.
