SAMSONITE (SEHK: 1910) has announced the issuance of a total of 2,289,800 ordinary shares.

This action follows the vesting of performance-linked restricted stock units and time-linked restricted stock units granted under the company's share incentive plan.

The plan was adopted on December 21, 2022, and has been amended from time to time.

On June 8, 2026, the company issued and allotted 575,700 ordinary shares due to the vesting of performance-linked restricted stock units for senior management.

On the same date, a further 837,800 ordinary shares were issued and allotted following the vesting of performance-linked restricted stock units for a director.

Additionally, 457,500 ordinary shares were issued and allotted on June 8, 2026, as time-linked restricted stock units vested for senior management.

Finally, 418,700 ordinary shares were issued and allotted due to the vesting of time-linked restricted stock units for a director on that date.
