Qyuns Therapeutics Co., Ltd. (QYUNS-B; HKEX: 02509) disclosed that on 15 June 2026 it repurchased 41,200 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, spending HK$0.63 million in aggregate. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$15.00 to HK$15.50, representing a volume-weighted average cost of HK$15.29 per share.
Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0184% from 223.51 million to 223.47 million. Treasury shares increased to 3.60 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 227.07 million.
The buy-back was executed under the mandate granted by shareholders on 29 May 2026, which authorises Qyuns Therapeutics to repurchase up to 22.44 million shares. To date, 890,200 shares—equivalent to 0.40% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date—have been repurchased, leaving capacity for a further 21.55 million shares.
In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 15 July 2026.
