According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 3rd, JPMorgan Chase & Co. reduced its holding in Weichai Power Co.,Ltd. (02338) by 7,844,304 shares. The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$39.8772 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately HK$3.13 billion.

Following this disposal, the investment bank's latest shareholding stands at about 171 million shares, representing a stake of 8.78% in the company.
