AustAsia Group Maintains 980.65 Million Outstanding Shares in July 2026; Public Float Meets 25% Threshold

Bulletin Express
08/05

For the month ended 31 July 2026, AustAsia Group Ltd. (AustAsia Group) reported no change in its issued share capital. Outstanding ordinary shares remained at 980.65 million, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

The company affirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), confirming that at least 25% of its issued ordinary shares are held by the public.

Equity incentive activity was limited to grants rather than share issuance. Under the AAG Share Option Scheme, 4.08 million options were outstanding at month-end, with authority remaining to issue up to 65.97 million shares upon future option grants and exercises. Separately, the AAG Post-IPO Restricted Share Unit Scheme—capped at 10% of shares in issue on the listing date—retains capacity for up to 69.99 million shares; no RSUs were converted during the month.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-related agreements affected the capital structure, and the issuer reported no buybacks or cancellations.

The disclosure, signed by Director and CEO Yang Ku on 5 August 2026, underscores the stability of AustAsia Group’s share base and its ongoing adherence to public-float requirements.
