Asia Television Holdings Limited (ATV Holdings, 00707.HK) reported that all 19 ordinary resolutions proposed at its 6 March 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting were approved by poll.
• Voting outcome: Resolutions 1–18 each received 1.20 billion votes in favour (86.92%) versus 180.02 million votes against (13.08%). Resolution 19 was backed by 1.18 billion votes (86.77%) against the same 180.02 million votes (13.23%). Each motion therefore exceeded the 50% approval threshold required for passage.
• Participation: A total of 1.38 billion votes were cast on most resolutions, representing 61.77% of the company’s 2.23 billion issued shares. No shares were subject to voting restrictions or required abstentions, and no shareholders indicated an intention to oppose or abstain ahead of the meeting. Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as scrutineer.
• Corporate governance: Executive Director Liu Minbin attended the meeting; the board currently comprises two executive directors and two independent non-executive directors.
• Trading status: Trading in ATV Holdings’ shares has been suspended since 11 August 2025 and remains halted pending further notice.
