LET GROUP (01383) announced that due to the company's failure to fully satisfy resumption guidelines and restore trading of its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by July 10, 2025, the Stock Exchange's Listing Committee resolved on August 15, 2025, to cancel the company's listing status under Rule 6.01A(1). The company will not request the Listing Review Committee to review the Listing Committee's decision under Rule 2B.06(2). The shares' last trading day on the Stock Exchange will be August 29, 2025, and the listing status of the shares will be cancelled from 9:00 AM on September 1, 2025.
