BOC Aviation Limited announced on 22 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.bocaviation.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously requested them, and any investor encountering access difficulties can obtain a hard copy free of charge through the Hong Kong Share Registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In alignment with the paperless listing regime under amended Listing Rule 2.07A—effective on 31 December 2023—the aircraft leasing company has formally adopted electronic dissemination as its default method for all future corporate communications. Consequently, BOC Aviation will no longer issue hard-copy documents unless specifically requested.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to submit a valid email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or to HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure receipt of electronic notifications. Absent a functional email address, investors must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently for new disclosures.
