DFI Retail Group names Alia Gogi as independent director, reshuffles audit committee

DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited announced on Aug, 17 2026 the appointment of Alia Gogi as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

The company also said Chairman Lincoln Pan has joined its Audit Committee, while Graham Baker has retired from the board and stepped down from the committee on the same date.

Gogi brings more than two decades of retail, beauty and consumer-sector experience. She has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Coty Inc. since Mar, 2026 and will join the board of Dr. Martens plc on Sep, 1 2026. Her previous roles include President, Asia at Sephora, along with senior positions at A.S. Watson, Nestlé in Pakistan and Sainsbury’s in the United Kingdom.

Pan welcomed Gogi’s appointment as strengthening the board’s expertise and thanked Baker for his contributions.
