TIMES NEIGHBOR (09928) announced that on August 12, 2025, Times Trust, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company acting as both trustor and beneficiary, entered into Trust Agreement (I) with GF Securities as investment advisor and SDIC Taikang Trust as trustee to subscribe to the first wealth management product with an investment amount of RMB 15 million. On September 18, 2025, Times Trust, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company acting as both trustor and beneficiary, entered into Trust Agreement (II) with GF Securities as investment advisor and Caixun Trust as trustee to subscribe to the second wealth management product with an investment amount of RMB 25 million. The Group will use its own surplus cash reserves to fund these subscription investments.
