RoboSense Technology Co., Ltd (RoboSense) has scheduled a board meeting for Wednesday, 26 August 2026 to consider and approve the Group’s unaudited consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, according to a company filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The meeting will also address the publication of the interim results, providing investors with updated financial performance metrics for the first half of 2026.

Management will host an earnings conference call on the same day at 8:00 p.m. Hong Kong time (8:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time). Participants are required to register in advance to obtain dial-in details and unique PINs. A simultaneous live webcast will be accessible through the company’s investor relations website.

The board is chaired by Executive Director and Chief Scientist Dr. Qiu Chunxin. Other executive directors include Mr. Liu Letian and Mr. Qiu Chunchao. The seven-member board also comprises Non-Executive Director Dr. Zhu Xiaorui and Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Liu Ming, Mr. Ng Yuk Keung and Ms. Yang Rixin.
