On July 1st, the production floor at Qinghai Gaojing Solar Technology Co., Ltd. was a hub of activity, with automated lines running at full speed. Monocrystalline silicon rods moved through cutting, cleaning, and inspection processes before being systematically packed for shipment. This bustling scene vividly illustrates the accelerating global expansion of Qinghai's photovoltaic industry.

Data shows that from January to May this year, the total export value of solar products from Qinghai Province reached 280 million yuan, marking a substantial year-on-year increase of 283.5%.

The ongoing global transition towards green and low-carbon energy continues to fuel international demand for photovoltaic products. Concurrently, the rapid development of industries such as artificial intelligence and big data is accelerating data center construction, thereby increasing the need for green power and creating fresh market opportunities for the solar sector.

Leveraging its abundant clean energy resources and a progressively refined photovoltaic supply chain, Qinghai's new energy industry is consistently strengthening its competitive edge.

Company executive Zhang Zhenzhong noted, "Since the beginning of the year, our export orders have continued to grow. Customs authorities have provided strong support in areas like clearance facilitation and standards alignment, enabling our products to reach overseas customers more swiftly."

In response to corporate needs, Xining Customs has proactively enhanced its services, implementing tailored "one enterprise, one policy" support measures to continuously improve the efficiency of solar product exports. On one front, it intensifies analysis of international market trends, closely monitors technical trade measures from major global economies, and provides precise compliance guidance to help companies effectively navigate technical trade barriers and bolster their international competitiveness.

On another front, it actively engages with companies' export requirements, offering services like "appointment-based clearance" and guiding firms to utilize models such as "advanced declaration" to enhance customs clearance efficiency.

Xining Customs has stated it will continue to monitor trends in the new energy industry, focus on corporate development needs, continuously optimize regulatory services, and ensure a precise alignment between "what enterprises require" and "what customs can provide." This approach aims to further elevate clearance facilitation and support the expansion of photovoltaic products into international markets.
