Mermaid Maritime schedules record date and payment timeline for FY2025 final dividend

Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited (DU4) said it will close its Register of Members and Transfer Books at 5:00 p.m. Singapore Time on Apr, 29 2026 to determine shareholders’ entitlements to its proposed cash final dividend for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

The dividend, subject to approval at the company’s AGM on Apr, 24 2026, is set at US$0.0010 per share (about S$0.0013), or US$0.0009 net after a 10 percent withholding tax. The payout is classified as foreign-sourced income for Singapore tax purposes.

Shares will trade ex-dividend on Apr, 28 2026. Depositors whose CDP securities accounts are credited with the shares as of the Apr, 29 2026 record date will qualify for the distribution.

The company will convert the dividend from U.S. dollars into Singapore dollars based on the prevailing exchange rate on May, 13 2026, and will pay the dividend in Singapore dollars on May, 15 2026.
