Following deliberation, China State Shipbuilding Corporation has appointed Chen Yueming (female) as an external director of China State Shipbuilding Corporation.

Following deliberation, China National Offshore Oil Corporation has appointed Jiang Zhenghong and Zhao Jinhai as external directors of China National Offshore Oil Corporation. Zhao Huixiang will no longer serve as an external director of China National Offshore Oil Corporation.

Following deliberation, China Datang Corporation has appointed Xie Feng as an external director of China Datang Corporation.

Following deliberation, COSCO SHIPPING Group has appointed Wang Hong as an external director of COSCO SHIPPING Group.
