HARMONY AUTO (03836) saw its shares rise more than 9% during the trading session. As of the time of writing, the stock was up 5.1%, trading at HKD 1.03, with a turnover of HKD 10.207 million. The movement follows a March 2 announcement from BYD COMPANY-R indicating that its total new energy vehicle sales for February 2026 reached 190,190 units. Data revealed that BYD exported 100,600 new energy vehicles in February, a year-on-year increase of 41.4%, setting a new historical high for the period. Meanwhile, its domestic sales were approximately 89,600 units, marking the first time that overseas sales have exceeded domestic sales. Notably, on February 26, the HARMONY ICAR DENZA store in the Philippines officially opened in Makati City, Metro Manila. Public information shows that HARMONY AUTO serves as the overseas distributor for BYD and its DENZA brand. In September 2025, HARMONY AUTO announced that BYD had completed a strategic investment in HARMONY AUTO's overseas new energy ICAR company, signifying that the cooperation between the two parties has officially moved from business collaboration to a new stage of capital alignment.
