CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust issues 2.95 million new units for management fee

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Management Limited, the manager of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust, announced on May, 18 2026 that 2,953,504 new units have been issued at 2.3237 Singapore dollars per unit to Premier Healthcare Services International Pte Ltd.

The new units represent 50 percent of the base management fee for the period from Jan, 01 2026 to Mar, 31 2026, with the remaining 50 percent to be paid in cash.

Following the issuance, the total number of units in circulation stands at 7.954 billion, while the manager’s direct unitholdings amount to 74.657 million units.
