Google won't have to sell its Chrome browser, a judge in Washington said on Tuesday, handing a rare win to Big Tech in its battle with U.S. antitrust enforcers, but ordering Google to share data with rivals to open up competition in online search.

Google parent Alphabet's shares were up 7% in overnight trading as investors cheered the judge's ruling, which also allows Google to keep making lucrative payments to Apple that antitrust enforcers said froze out search rivals. Apple shares rose 2.7%.

Zscaler forecast annual revenue above Wall Street estimates, betting on robust demand for its cybersecurity services as businesses upscale infrastructure to accommodate AI, sending its shares up 1.6% in overnight trading.

Some Chinese ADRs rose in overnight trading. NIO rose 1.7%; Bilibili rose 1.3%; Alibaba rose 1%; Tencent Music rose 0.9%.

Mineralys Therapeutics has commenced a $175M underwritten public offering of common stock. Proceeds will support development of lorundrostat, a treatment for hypertension and related conditions, along with R&D, manufacturing, and corporate needs. The shares sank 5.1% in overnight trading.

Skillz shares sank 10.6% in overnight trading. Skillz filed a lawsuit in Delaware Chancery Court on September 1, 2025, against Tether Studios LLC and Tether Games Inc. following a contract termination dispute, according to a company statement.

Tether provided notice on August 29, 2025, that it was terminating all agreements with Skillz effective September 1, 2025. The termination covers various agreements including developer terms and conditions and a January 15, 2020 amendment filed with the company's 2023 annual report.
