Ms. Xu Zhoumei will step down from her roles as a member of the board's audit committee and nomination committee, effective from the date of the annual general meeting. After their retirement takes effect, the retiring non-executive directors will no longer hold any positions in the company. Independent non-executive directors Mr. He Shuqi and Mr. Liu Yongquan will not participate in the re-election for the fourth board. Mr. He Shuqi will step down from his roles as chairman of the nomination committee, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the board's strategy committee. Mr. Liu Yongquan will step down from his roles as a member of the audit committee, nomination committee, remuneration committee, and strategy committee, all effective from the date of the annual general meeting.
