Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (GUOFUHEE) reported three key business developments in early May 2026, underscoring its expansion in large-scale green-energy projects and overseas markets.

On 4 May 2026, subsidiary Xinjiang Guofu Mingzhi Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed a RMB150.00 million sales agreement with Jiujiang Electric Power Construction (Shaanxi) Co., Ltd. to supply complete equipment sets for a 300 MW new-energy-coupled green-power project in Xinjiang. Management highlighted the deal as validation of GUOFUHEE’s integrated “wind-solar green power — green energy” capabilities and as a milestone for large-scale project execution in Northwest China.

A day later, on 5 May 2026, joint venture Broaden Energy Hydrogen Solutions L.L.C entered a lease agreement with Khalifa Economic Zone, Abu Dhabi, to establish a local manufacturing base for hydrogen-energy equipment and hydrogen-powered drones. GUOFUHEE will provide core technology and equipment, positioning the Group to deepen its footprint in the Middle East’s emerging new-energy and low-altitude-economy sectors.

As of the announcement date, GUOFUHEE’s order backlog stood at approximately RMB560.00 million, and the Group aims to secure total orders of around RMB1.00 billion for full-year 2026.

Management anticipates that execution of the Xinjiang contract and progress on the Middle East project will positively influence current operating performance and enhance market influence in green-power coupling and green-chemical applications.
