On December 4, 2025, the Board of Directors of China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“China Cinda”) approved the nomination of Mr. Wang Kunhui as a non-executive director. His appointment is subject to the general meeting of the Company and the approval of the National Financial Regulatory Administration. The term of office will be three years from those approvals, and he will not receive any remuneration from the Company.

Mr. Wang, born in 1975, previously served in senior roles at COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd. and COSCO SHIPPING Lines Co., Ltd., including deputy general manager of the Asia-Pacific Trade Division and general manager of the Latin America/Africa Trade Division. He also held positions such as deputy general manager, Party Committee member, and chairman of COSCO SHIPPING (South America) Co., Ltd. He currently serves as an executive director, general manager, and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Shanghai Maritime College (now Shanghai Maritime University). According to the announcement, he does not hold any shares of China Cinda, has had no directorships in other listed companies in the past three years, and has no disclosed conflicts of interest.
