United Overseas Bank (U11) said on Feb, 9 2026 that the mandatory conditional cash offer made on behalf of Mindarie Investment Pte. Ltd. for all units of Alpha Integrated Real Estate Investment Trust has become unconditional after crossing the 50% acceptance threshold.

As at 6:00 p.m. Singapore time on Feb, 9 2026, the offeror and parties acting in concert held or had received valid acceptances for 576,081,601 units, representing about 51.20% of AI-REIT’s issued units. The latest tally includes 111,773,032 units, or 9.93%, tendered since the offer opened, in addition to the 464,308,569 units already owned or controlled as of Dec, 23 2025.

In accordance with takeover rules, the offer closing date has been extended from Feb, 10 2026 to 5:30 p.m. Singapore time on Feb, 24 2026.

Unitholders who have already accepted the offer will receive payment within seven business days from Feb, 9 2026, while those wishing to tender their units must submit the required forms by the new deadline.
