Scholar Education Group announced that the trustee of its share award scheme purchased 1.05 million shares on 17 June 2026 via the Hong Kong market.

• Transaction details – Average purchase price: HK$1.07 per share – Total consideration: HK$1.12 million (excluding transaction costs) – Shares acquired represent approximately 0.156 % of the company’s issued share capital.

• Post-transaction position – Shares held by the trustee: 29.60 million, equivalent to 4.39 % of total shares outstanding.

The board stated that the current market price undervalues the company’s fundamentals and views the repurchase as an opportunity to reserve shares for future awards. Management will continue to monitor market conditions and may instruct further purchases under the scheme.
